Abstract Landscape 11/18/23 & 11/25

Pour painting can turn into an obsession, so be warned! The thrill is taming the  urge to control what unfolds while being open to outcomes.. This will be a landscape theme (river optional).  Day one we will pour-paint in a day of hands on balanced with demos.  Five days later, after the paint is completely dry, we will pour a clear coat of resin to bring it back to life and protect it.

While the resin cures we will gather around each painting to take them in and hear input from both the artist and the other students.

This class will be a mixture of hands on, demo and experimentation. Take home your finished piece ready to hang.
